Last updated: 21 September 2026. These terms are a contract between you and HONG KONG FUNGMING TRADING LIMITED ("we", "us").
By creating an account or connecting a seller account to Maiju Data ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.
The Service is business analytics software. With your authorisation, it retrieves your own sales, financial, inventory, catalogue and advertising data, stores it in your dataset, and presents reports, alerts and suggestions derived from it.
The Service is an analysis tool, not an agent. Suggestions such as bid changes or negative keywords are presented for review and are applied only when a person in your organisation chooses to apply them. The Service does not place orders, does not make bulk automated changes on its own initiative, and does not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Decisions made using the Service remain yours.
We may change, add or withdraw features. If we withdraw a feature you depend on, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your business data is and remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely in order to provide the Service to you and to the members you authorise. We claim no ownership of it, do not sell it, and do not disclose it to other customers. You may export your data at any time while your account is active.
We own the Service itself, including its software, interface and documentation. Aggregated, fully anonymised operational statistics that cannot identify you, your account or your products may be used to monitor and improve the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars and are non-refundable for the period already billed, except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it depends on third-party platforms and their data feeds, which may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reports will be free of error or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may revoke the Service's authorisation immediately and independently from your own account settings.
We may suspend or terminate an account on notice if you materially breach these terms, if required by law or by a platform whose data you connect, or if an account is used in a way that endangers the Service or other customers. On termination we stop retrieving data, and we permanently delete your stored data, including backups, within 7 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 4, 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation; failing that, the dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account owners by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
